My Healthcare Anger

Let me tell you a story; Over 5 years ago, I was rejected for health insurance. Some time later, I was hit by a car, spent the weekend in the hospital, had surgery, and spent months recuperating for a knee injury. I didn’t have insurance, so we had to sue everyone and their mother just to pay for this. Now I’m on Medicaid. But I’m dreading this new “healthcare” bill by republicans Bill Cassidy and Lindsey Graham because it does away with every single reform Obamacare created. I am TERRIFIED. I could lose my insurance because I can barely afford private insurance at the moment, and could get kicked off Medicaid.

Hello, everyone. Sorry I haven't said much lately. But things have been rough for me as of late, even having an emotional breakdown on Sunday--the day after my birthday--because of where I am in life. However, that's not what I wanted to talk about. On Tuesday night, the American public voted to put an orange-skinned, racist, misogynistic blob in the White House, and after 8 years of progress under Barack Obama. The fact that so many people would vote for him instead of the highly-qualified Hillary Clinton says a lot about our society.
